1) What quality are the clip in hair extensions? We are very proud to say we do have the best quality hair in the country & unlike other suppliers, we dont have to accept 2nd best, we choose the finest Indian Natural hair called Remy Cuticle Hair the hair is sectioned & allowed to fall into its natural growing pattern, the hair is then cut & carefully sewn to maintain the natural cuticle direction- so matting & tangling are virtually eliminated. Its the hair & processing that makes the quality & we do all of that in our own manufacturing factories right here in Australia. 2) How does the hair feel? More often than not better than your own hair remember this is 100% natural hair, its shiny & silky & when added to your own hair completely undetectable. 3) Can Hair Extensions damage my hair? THE SALON EXTENSIONS CAN I will speak now from personal experience, I had a full head of salon extensions put in 4 years ago, it cost me $2400.00, I was in the salon for 9 hours, they fused each strand with a hot glue gun to the natural hair root of my head, over a few weeks this knot of glue rubbing into my natural hair roots was making holes in my hair, as time went on & my natural hair was growing, the knots of glue moved down my scalp, making it very difficult & painful to sleep at night. They also fall out at random, I was dancing one night in a club & little did I know I had left two extensions on the dance floor, I think people thought I was dying ! 9 months later when I had them removed, I had much thinner hair & small areas of no hair where the knots of glue had seriously damaged my natural hair roots NEVER AGAIN!! The clip in hair extensions are so easy & light to wear ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE TO YOUR HAIR 4) How long does it take to put the clip on hair extensions in? Clip In Hair Extensions are the easiest thing to glam you up -literally between 3-6 minutes, if you are just using a couple of pieces, 2 minutes, the full head for volume 5 minutes 5) How do I care for my extensions? Simple the same as your own hair good shampoo & conditioner, if you occasionally treat your hair then treat your extensions, if you use moose or creams when styling, use them on your extensions if you style them treat them as your own head of hair, but please remember they are connected to silicon clips & although they are extremely well sewn, please be careful when brushing. 6) How long will my hair extensions last? This truly depends on how often you wear them & how you take care of them, considering they are the best quality hair on the market, you should have them for a long time 7) How long after I order my new extensions will they take to deliver? If we have your colour & length in stock, you can have it within a couple of days, otherwise we order it in for you & send all parcels registered through Australia Post within Australia & NZ, so safely say 5-7 working days, Outside Australia can be up to 14 days. Remember though, if you have a big party on the weekend & you are in a particular hurry we will arrange for an overnight courier to have them on your doorstep quicker. 8) Is there a guarantee with my new clip in hair extension? We maintain excellent quality control in our factories to ensure you dont have any problems, however in the unlikely event that you have a clip that malfunctions all defective products will carry a full replacement policy 7 days return policy. We are so confident about the quality of our product, that we offer you a customer service email hotline that will be answered within 24 hours during business hours info@hairextensions.net.au If there are any manufacturers faults with your hair - you will receive a full refund within the 7 day period. You must return the product in it's original state, it must not be showing any use of wear, or damage to packaging. 9) What if the colours you offer, dont match my actual hair colour? Thats easy as you have 100% natural high grade hair extensions, just take them to your hairdresser & they can be perfectly matched to your own hair colour, but the colours shown on the website are the most popular colours available to you & you will find a good match. 10) What lengths are available? We only recommend 1 length in the Human Hair Clip In Extensions - 22"- if you think this is too long, trust me, it's not, you can get it layered if you like to blend with your own style but you will find after a few weeks of wearing them, you will more than likely appreciate the extra length. 11) What if I want something different to this?
