What are the extensions made of?

We have our eyelash extensions made for us & they are a high grade synthetic lash, years ago we tried the Silk, Mink & Human Hair, all with poor results, we find that the synthetic lash is a beautiful replica of a natural lash & holds up beautifully with mascara.

Are eyelash extensions permanent?

Our eyelash extensions are semi permanent, as human beings our lashes go through a cycle every 60-90 days, when one of your natural lashes is at the end of it's cycle and drops off, it takes the extensions with it, therefore new growth will appear and this is why we recommend coming in for a top up every 3-5 weeks to keep them looking nice and full.

Will my eyelids feel heavy with a full set?

If eyelash extensions are applied properly and your technician has accessed your eye shape correctly, you shouldn't know they are there at all, until you look in a mirror, they should be completely weightless.

Can I wear mascara with extensions?

Absolutely, we offer a range of pure mineral mascara's all designed for eyelash extensions, a jet black mascara or a clear mascara, if you feel the lash extensions are black enough, then you can still load them up for length and volume when you go out with the clear mascara.

Chemical mascara will shorten the life of your extensions and do damage to your normal lash.

What choices do I have when i come into your shop?

Many choices with us, styles, lengths, thickness, colours & certain looks, our highly trained technicians will access your eyes when you come in for your appt and recommend what is maintainable for you and you can make choices.

How do I maintain the eyelash extensions?

The one contra indication to eyelash extensions - is the use of oil anywhere near the extensions, oil acts as a solvent to our glue and will remove your lashes. We do sell an organic cleanser that is safe to use on your face and eyes and will remove our mineral mascara easily.

Do you refund lashes?

We ask that you call within 72 hours of any excess loss, it is critical that we determine the problem, we do not refund but will endeavour to fix the problem

what is the difference between normal cosmetics and mineral cosmetics?

Normal cosmetics are loaded with chemicals, these chemicals will prematurely age your skin, block the pores, so oils get trapped causing blackheads and pimples.

Mineral cosmetics allow your skin to breathe, therefore no dehydration or blocked pores.

How long will it take to see a difference in my skin with mineral cosmetics?

it's almost immediate, your skin will love you for the change and you will notice a healthy glow immediately.

Are mineral cosmetics good for Acne and problem skin?

Absolutely, you will see a vast difference in aggressive acne with mineral product, it not only acts as a cosmetic cover/enhancer but the mineral content is also healing and an anti inflammatory on the skin

Is it much more expensive to purchase mineral products?

Considering what you are doing to your skin using chemical products, I think the cost of mineral products is nothing in comparison. Our products range from $30 for eyeshadow pots, to $55 for foundations and as you are using alot less, it goes alot further

What types of products do you supply?

We have light, medium & dark foundations powders, bronzer, blushers in 3 colours, a beautiful range of matt and shimmer eyeshadow pots, clear and black mascara, magnificent bees wax lipsticks and a range of lip & eye pencils. We also have the magnificent Goats Hair Kabuki brushes, an essential for mineral powders. We have also formulated an organic cleanser for your face.

What are you hair extensions made of?

Our hair is exceptional quality and made of pure 100% Indian Remy Hair and graded AAAAA in quality

What colours can I choose?

We have 4 solid colours - #1BLACK / #2 DARK BROWN / #4 MEDIUM BROWN / #613 SUPER LIGHT BLONDE

What length do they come in?

We only stock the 20inch length - 50cms - you can always get it cut if need be

How strong are the clips that hold the hair in place?

our clips, are the non slip silicone clips, when they are locked in place, they don't move, you can dance, swim or run. Be careful of the one's that do move, you can do alot of damage to your hair having the clips rub into new hair follicles, it can leave holes in your scalp with new hair growth

What widths are the hair pieces?

Our hair is sold in a BOX SET - this is a full head of hair and is comprised of the following wefts

* 2 x 8inch wefts

* 2 x 6 inch wefts

* 4 x 2 inch wefts

How long will the hair extensions last for on average?

If you take care of the extensions and wash and condition them like your own hair, let them dry naturally, they will last for years.

Do you sell the single volume wefts as well?

yes, we do, it is a 6inch weft in width, 20inch length & weights approx 35 grams, works beautifully for volume, colours on the website - 2 choices

We also sell the funky 2 inch pieces, 16inch length, 2 inch width, in 6 different colour choices.

What is refund policy?

We do not refund or exchange hair, this is due to health regulations, we ask you to choose your colour carefully. We do however exchange if there is a manufacturers fault with the product

If I can't make it into your Docklands shop, can you post?

We can express hair overnight anywhere in Australia or NZ

Is the hair able to be dyed?

Our hair can be dyed, permed, hot tonged or curled, it is the same as what is on your head.
