QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

What if I have sensitive teeth? If you were going to get treatment using Laser lights, then you would know doubt feel some pain but with the L.E.D. lights, it doesn't penetrate the enamel, therefore reducing any feelings of pain

What Causes Stains? Acidic and strongly pigmented food, drink, tobacco by-products as well as normal aging cause the staining that cause your teeth to discolour. Our System removes those stains by penetrating the tooth structure, erasing the stains and lightening the colour of your teeth.

What is your method?  Our product is 44% Carbamide, this is the safest gel with maximum results, we offer 2 x 20 minute sessions to ensure we achieve your desired look

How white will my teeth get? A single treatment can brighten the colour of your teeth as much as 2-8 shades in one session. The use of staining agents like red wine, coffee and tobacco will affect your results. Whitening of the teeth will continue for the next 24 hours after treatment so you may not see the full result instantly but you will see a huge improvement. And, remember, we do offer a special guarantee, if you are not completely satisified on your first visit, we will do another ABSOLUTELY FREE!!

Is it safe? Yes, our teeth whitening system is the safest in the country, with strong end results.  We also take every precaution to ensure your safety throughout the procedure

What do I do now? After whitening your teeth, you will want to maintain that beautiful new smile using our professional take home Teeth Whitening Pen used daily.

Will it work on caps and crowns?
Our teeth whiteining system will remove stains from caps and crowns but will not change their original colour. It is not intended to lighten artificial teeth, caps, crowns, veneers, porcelain, composite (white) fillings or other restorative materials. The colour of these structures will remain the colour they were when installed.

How long before I can eat or drink after my treatment? The first 24 hours we would recommend avoiding coffee, tea, dark coloured sodas, red wines, berries, candy, red sauces, beetroot, or any food that would stain a white t-shirt.

Are there any side effects? On some occasions, you may feel a little tingling or slight sensitivity to your teeth and/or gums for a short time after treatment. You may see temporary bleaching to the gums but this is normal and will disappear within 30 minutes to an hour.

No, this particular process will penetrate the cellular structure of the tooth but will not damage the enamel.
